
Refund Policy
1. Overview
At Eclipse Tint and Design, we take pride in the quality of our work, including window tinting, vehicle and interior wrapping, signage, and PPF installation. Due to the custom nature of our services, refunds are limited and handled on a case-by-case basis.
2. Custom Work
All custom work (e.g., vehicle wraps, architectural wraps, signage) is made to order. Once work has begun or materials have been cut/installed, refunds are not available.
3. Service Issues
If you are genuinely dissatisfied with the quality of our work:

Contact us within 7 days of completion.

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a repair, rework, or replacement.
4. Deposits
Deposits required to secure bookings or order materials are non-refundable, except in cases where we are unable to provide the service.
5. Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment may result in loss of deposit.

Rescheduling is subject to availability.
