1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and the services provided by Eclipse Tint and Design (us). By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

We provide a range of services including, but not limited to:

  • Automotive Window Tinting

  • Architectural Window Tinting

  • Vehicle Wrapping

  • Architectural Interior Wrapping

  • Company Signage (window graphics, van signage, sign boards)

  • PPF (Paint Protection Film) installation and repairs

All services are subject to availability and may require a prior booking.

3. Quotes & Pricing

  • All quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices may vary depending on the condition of the vehicle or surface, material choice, and complexity of the job.

  • Any additional work required will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding.

4. Deposits & Payments

  • A deposit may be required to secure a booking or to order materials.

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

  • Full payment must be made upon completion of the service and before the vehicle/property is released.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the booking.

  • Late cancellations may result in loss of deposit.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

  • Ensure vehicles or surfaces are clean before drop-off unless prior arrangements are made.

  • Remove personal belongings from vehicles.

  • Notify us of any existing damage, aftermarket parts, or previous tint/wrap/PPF installations.

We are not responsible for damage caused by hidden defects, rust, loose trim, or poorly applied previous work.

7. Warranty & Quality

We stand by the quality of our work and materials.

  • Warranty terms vary depending on the product used and will be explained at the time of installation.

  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, poor maintenance, or external factors such as stone chips, scratches, or vandalism.

8. Aftercare

Proper aftercare is essential to maintain the finish and longevity of tint, wrap, signage, or PPF.
We will provide aftercare guidelines, and failure to follow them may void warranty.

9. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of customised work, refunds are not available once materials have been installed or cut to size.
If there is a genuine issue with the quality of our service, we will assess it and offer repair or replacement where appropriate.

10. Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Loss or damage to personal items left in vehicles.

  • Costs arising from vehicle downtime.

  • Pre-existing faults, paint defects, or surface issues that affect installation results.

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service.

11. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to:

  • Engage in any fraudulent or unlawful activity.

  • Copy or misuse content or images without permission.

12. Privacy Policy

Any personal details provided are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your information with third parties except where necessary to provide our services.
